Gujarat Gas — no response of complaint since long | |||
I used to pay my bill of gujarat gas limited (Ggl) alway online (Auto debate) through hdfc bank. My bill of oct – dec. '19 was rs.969/- paid on 02/01/19 against due date 09/01/19. (I. E. Before 7 days). But some how, it is refunded in on 11/01/2019 in my a/c. According to hdfc bank it is due to some technical error at biller's end. And ggl denied that they have not received this amount & they charge me rs. 75/- as late payment charges in my next bill. I am very particular & always pay bill timely. It is either fault of hdfc bank or ggl. So, why should i pay this late payment charge? It must be refunded me with interest & unnecessary harassment.
