Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — bus not stop at iscon

We have confirm reservations in amreli ahmedabad bus with name umesh bavaliya and mansi bavaliya for seat no. 29 and 30. We wave hand to bus at iscon as it is nearest bus stop for us. The bus was almost empty, driver saw us, laugh at us but not stop the bus. Is this your way to handle customers. We spend 234 rs and more than half an hour for waiting bus.
