I am Manmitsinh Zala, I have booked a Ticket from Paytm for Ahmedabad(Bapunagar) To Rajkot via Online mode Bus (Bayad to Junagadh -Gurjar nagari) . Journey Date: 05/11/2020 Time 8:45 AM Pickup: Bapunagar Ahmedabad PNR No :G37014597 Trip Code :GSRTC:0700BYDJNDGJR47:2955:14529:1359:05/11/2020 No. of Seats : 3 (Adults=2; Children=1) Seats No/s : 23, 25, 21 Bus No: GJ 18 Z 5299 Incident is as below, When we reached at Bapunagar around 8:40 AM bus had already left so we took auto and reached at Paldi Bus Stop to gain time advantage, At 9:38 Am Bus arrived at Paldi Stand, But the conductor(Mr.Babubhai) did not allow us to board on the bus, and he informed that he has cancelled our ticket from GeetaMandir ST Bus Depo, My Brother with my younger daughter of age 6 were help less at that time and Bus left without us, we asked Conductor to allow us but he refused and told that your seat is cancelled so not possible, Then i called Bayad Depo (Mr. vasant Kumar) and Geeta Mandir Ahmedabad Depo, they told that ticket can not be cancelled such way as we are suppose to allow to board the bus with upcoming stops, This Experience is very shocking for us and very inconvenient for me and my 6 Year Old Daughter, now we have to board private bus, in this pandemic situation travelling with my daughter seems to be very discomforting and dangerous too, I Hope GSRTC will consider my request and take strict action against my complain, the inconvenience caused to us is price less, but still i demand fair compensation and explanation from GSRTC . After calling Depo Manager Bayad Mr. Rakesh, who provided valuable information and solution, The Conductor(mr.Babubhai ) told that he offered us another seat but we declined which is base less because if another seat is available in BUS then he could have asked other passenger who was seating in our booked seat to move and provide us reserved seats, but still he refused to take us on board .
