Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — Credit card payment made but tickets not booked

I booked two tickets (1) Surat to Navapur for 12/4/17 and (2) Navapur to Surat for 17/4/17 with a transaction ID of GS3592624. On the booking website of GSRTC, I made a payment of Rs. 203/- trough BoI Credit card (at 1635 on 7/4/2017. However, immediately after the payment, the website stopped processing further and I got a message conveying that the tickets were not booked. Please refund my money immediately and inform by mail ([protected]@hotmail.com) or by phone [protected].

I have transferred 626 rupee for online ticket booking from Ahmedabad Central Bus station to Vyara on the date of March 30 2017. But there was not any information about ticket confirmation and charge the rate of 2 tickets that was 626 rupee. So kindly refund that amount.
