Let me first thank you GSRTC for providing commendable service across state in public road transport. Even i also appreciate the initiave taken by GSRTS to start online current booking ticketing system especially for Volvos. But i have to complain with very heavy heart that the drivers of Volvo are not well aware of digital mode ticketing system. I am travelling on dt 4 Apr, 2017 by Volvo from surat. My patriculara are as under: ** GSRTC m-Ticket ** SURAT CENTRAL BUS STAND to AHMEDABAD CENTRAL BUSSTAND PsngrName Dipalkumar shah TripCode 1430SRTNHRNRV46 PNRno : G15011269 JnyDate : 04/04/2017 DepTime : 14:30Hrs SeatNo(s) : 13 Class : VOLVO BoardingPt : SURAT Pltform : 1 Txn Password : dVe9uwxC Please carry your photo ID during journey. T&C app I have recieved this m-Ticket as SMS on my mobile. But while getting onboard of my bus driver denied that my name was in his chart list. I insist him that this is m-Ticket and you have to make confirm that your chart must be updated. But he refused and dragged me to office to print new list. After going there he got new print out chart and it clearely showed my name was there in list. It means it was not my mistake or duty to check all such things or to go through such unprofessional act done by ticket checker of that bus. The height in this cas was intially when unreserved passenger was asking to ticket checker about my reserved seat number whether is empty or not. Then he didnt even said them that right now do not seat there. After confirming all from my side finally got to onboard my bus. But i see another passenger was seating on my seat. I politely asked him to take another seat but he refused and then said i(me)dont have reserved seat. How can he say that to me. But during whole issue neither conductor nor driver intervene to make me conforable to get my booked seat. I had to argue so much to get my seat. The passenger vacate my seat but then he took my next seat to show that he will not let me be comfortable throughout mu journey. This matter seems generic in nature for you but i hope you will derstand that after paying 514 Rs. And booked your ticket accordance with all rules & norms. You have to face such pathetic things. And instead unreserved passengers enjoyed mpre comform than reserved. So whats the case to reserve tickets for Volvo priorly. I hope you will initiate enquiry and will take appropriate action. I also expect that further GSRTC will educate their driver about new digital ticket modes. And instruct them to cooperate with reserved ticket customer on priority basis.
