Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — i'm complaining about return my online ticket payment

I bokked my 2 online tickets from "ahmedabad" to "dhrangadhra" on 1st june 2018. Payment was debited from my account but ticket not confirmed. When i enquire about this to ahmedabad depo, they told me that payment will credit in your account very soon. But i still not get my payments. Please slove my problem.

I hope i will get my payment after this complain.
