Ticket (reserved one) doesn't contain arrival time and when it is asked about timing status of bus, it is bluntly replied in denial. Behaviour of Person sitting there is quite rough. If gsrtc thinks that these details shall not be asked then made that available to passenger available otherwise teach person sitting at inquiry to learn some etiquette to respond properly.
