I'hv use app which is on play store name gsrtc booked 3 ticket worth 405 from modasa to vadodara. Money deducted from account but did not get any confirmation email or message regarding reservation. Please solve this issue asap. I'hv also generated support ticket on gsrtc support. But they told me to call on help line number which i tried more then 15 time but did not get through.
