Bus number GJ18Z1940, plying on route Bhuj to Dwarka, Departure from Bhuj on 16th April. Bus conductor first said that bus is fully reserved but after some time illegally giving seats to some people. On objection, he showed rude behaviour to hide his misdeed.

Dear Sir, Surat dakor 4:30 PM 1/03/2019. Bus Holt ai hotal prince after bharuch. Please my request to you. Hotal is un higin, no branded products. And charge is very high. No service give to hotal person and miss behavior to customer. Please mentain our Gujarat government respect and responsebilit.
