[Resolved] Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — No refund of amount for ticket booking not confirmed | |||
I have tried to book ticket on[protected]. Ticket is not booked and Rs. 494 is deducted from my bank account. userid registered with gsrtc: nvaddoriya date of transaction:[protected] I have sent mail regarding the same to gsrtc on mailid [protected]@mail1.gsrtc.in. Feb 6, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved I have mailed my complaint to [email protected]. I got reply that generally amount of failed transaction is refunded to your bank within 21 days from transaction. I got amount back on 19th day.
