Respected dear sir, I am booked the three (3) tickets on gsrtc online ticket booking website from: vyara (Tapi) to vadodara central bus stop on 23/12/2017, Journey date is 24/12/2017 So online fare charges 471.00 (Ruppes four hundred seventy one) deducted on 23/12/2017 in my bank of baroda account. My transaction failure and my tickets is not booked. So, please refund my amount.
