Respected Sir, I am Manish Kumar Rajyaguru- Rajkot, Sir I am a disabled person and whenever I have ST. This does not happen when booking a bus online. This happens when I book in the general category. So what's wrong with us being disabled is that we can't book online in the disabled category.
