[Resolved] Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — online ticket not confirmed/ booked but amount cut from bank account | |||
Dear sir, I have booked ticket online from Surendranagar to Ahmedabad(07:30pm) two times on 13/05/2018. Rs. 102 and Rs. 100 deducted from my account but booking not done both times and also not get refund of that money. Pls help as soon as possible to resolve my problem. I have book ticket from gsrtc mail id. : [protected]@gmail.com and Referance no. were GS5671840 and GS5673796 Amount cut twice from my axis bank and did not get refund yet. Pls give me response asap.
