Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — refund for auto cancelled by gsrtc

Respected sir,

With reference to above cited subject i hereby admit that we have booked tickets from vadodara to dwarka and from diu to vadodara at vadodara depo.

Start trip was good but while returning we shocked to knew that our ticket is not valid as per bus conductor he told as per his chart no booking was made. Instead the booking made on different names.
We enquired further and tried to contact gsrtc but no phone was received and suddenly bus was left from diu. We could not do anything.

We did not found any reason why we not allowed to journey in bus even after getting a valid ticket.
Please enquire the matter whether it was mistake of gsrtc or conductor and process for refund with other expenses occurred during to unnecessary night stay at una and ordinary bus journey by own extra expense from una to vadodara by spoil the whole festival day of 15/01/2019.
