Dear sir/madam, I have done transaction on gsrtc website for ticket booking purpose on date 28/02/2018. but there is some error and ticket not conformed but amount debited from my A/C(Credit Card). so plz check the details and reply me when will i get refund. details of transaction are as follows : OB Referance no.
