Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — ticket is not booked but the amount is deducted

Dear sir,
I have booked ticket online from talaja to anand sleeper coach on 15 november 2018. Rs. 151 deducted from my account but booking not done and also not get refund of that money.
Pls help as soon as possible to resolve my problem.
I have book ticket from gsrtc application.
