Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — ticket not booked but money debited

I've used gsrtc online booking service for ticket booking from deesa to baroda but transaction failed and ticket is not generated and rs. 568 is deducted from my sbi account. I've phoned to gsrtc customer care, they told me within 21 days your money refund in your account but now one month is completed from transaction deducted amount is not deposited in my account. Ref.
