Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [Gsrtc] — time issues

I have booked a bus ticket of 2:06 from anand to ahmedabad when i reached at bus station i was standing there from 1:46 and non of your bus came. A single bus came at 2:30 and the conductor of bus didn't accept my reservation. And i have to buy a new ticket by cash. So my money was wasted this is not tolerable.
