The people at help desk call are very rude. Without even listening to our issue they just disconnect the call rudely. Also the helpdesk number available online is just to fool people, it never connects to a person and just a lady keeps on speaking "the number is busy", whatever time you call. Seems that gtu helpline staff is busy disconnecting the calls and getting trained for being rude. Also first teach them the meaning of "helpdesk' and then give them that job.
