My name is Himani and I am form Delhi I have completed my 12th this year only and for a Delhi school and I have also passed the clat exam with 48 score and my rank is 39979 I want to take addmition in BALLB but I have not filled the online application form of ip University 2019 I have the login ID and password but I didn't made the payment is there any offline method by which I can get registered for the counseling process by give the late fee or any thing please help me if possible please

Dear sir, When i want to submit the fees of 40, 000 there is an error shown on the site. How to submit fees online if there is an error. Last date of submission is 26 july.
