Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University — regarding deduction of amount from my account but status says not clear

Sir/maam

On 15 june 2018 at 7 am (Nearly) i paid my participation fees of ₹1000 in favour of ggsipuniver and the money was deducted from my bank account (Received message from bank) and when i further go for my registeration process then it is showing that fee not paid.

I want the concerned higher authorities to look after it and refund my money as soon as possible.
