Guru Nanak Dev University — I am complaining about my transcripts which are not sent

I have completed my b.com under gndu and for my further studies i have submit transcripts to kpu, canada
I have applied online on 29/07/2019 and on
19/08/2019 transcripts are despatched but still these are not arrived kpu.33 days have gone till today. Due to this the process of my offer letter is getting late. Please take action to solve this problem
