This is to bring to ur kind notice that i m a small shopkeeper in karnal (Haryana) at clock tower road, my neighbour (Guru parsad chole bhature) use open bhattis and tandoor outside his shop and he don't use chimney, his bhattis and chimneys create enormous smoke, sir i m a asthma patient this type is smoke is like poison for me but i have no other way except to inhale this poisonous smoke, i request u to take strict action against him,
