MR Gurubhai Thakkar (alias Mr Manish Thakkar);the MD of Gurubhai Group of Companies LTD ; and his team members (Erica Billion and Nitish) having registered office at 101, ZA tower, versova, Andheri (W) had promised for a modelling contract with ABC international for clothing line ;for my son (Zoeb Shaikh ) since the year 2013 against which they have taken a security deposit.However till date it has not worked out. and no exact details of contract has been provided.We were in constant follow up with Ms Erica Billion and Mr Nitish; regarding the refund and it was assured that latest by Feb 2017 the amount of Rs 953800.00 will be refunded . Post Feb 2017 their contact numbers are not reachable and no one is responding back on emails as well.Hence we would like to put up a complaint against Mr Thakkar and his team, We request you to kindly help us getting the money back from them.
