Guwahati University — Result is not available of B. Com 2 nd sem arrear exam 2020

I am a student of goalpara college, in the stream of B. Com, Roll :- C-16099 No:- 0021
Registration no :- 224609

In between covid pandamic our college announced to fill up our exam form and pay for the same. so, i am a student of batch 2016 so, we have to apply at the website www.guexamform.in so, i fill it as usual or as same as earlier i used tu do for filling up our exam form.

But 2016 batch have to pay in cash and the problem is for covid we are not allowed to come out of our home. Here our college "Goalpara college " Gave us the facility to pay online through our college website and i paid it.

But when the result came out, my result was not available. I panicked and directly run to my college but they said that u are supposed to pay it at college cash counter now we cand help you. I gave application to principal but no action taken till today

Our principal forwarded the letter to guwahati university but here is also no response

Now i am confuse that what to do for my result
