even i am in the same situation joythi..i am really tensed .i received a mail stating i hav to pay penality and received a msg tht i hav to attend legal proceedings .i am really scared, i didnt even inform to my parents what should i do..should i respond to them via mail??

This is a genuine complaint
I worked for this company also
And they called me saying my accuracy is bad
And they demanded Rs 4000 for giving me my salary. And i paid it . I am attaching the proofs
And now they are threatening me to file a case and they want me to pay 7500 . What should i do?
They are saying they will charge case on me

I was also worked in this company. As i came to know it was fraud. I didnt submit the work. And they told me to pay 6700 rs, but i have'nt paid it till now. And now they are threatening me through messages. They also called me from different numbers. I have blocked all the numbers and also i have'nt replied to the yet. I am really worried of this. And also i founded out that the agreement is not valid because there is no signature o[censored]s on it. I dont know what will happend next.

GVS TECHNOLOGY it is a fruad company. The company manager call me and block mail me too pay a panalty 12000, i[censored] not paying then we will send court notice as they are blackmailing to me.and my registration date also same Jan 8 2020. So please take a action regarding this company.
