I joined this company as a HR Manager...
In one month for 17, 000
I worked as a HR Manager, Operations Manager, Business Development Executive and Manager, A Recruitment Consultant, MIS, A Data Entry Executive, A Stenographer, A Delivery boy and finally A watchman for half a day.
And in this organization
Only Hindus are allowed
Christians and Muslims are not entertained for anything.
Once you join here you need to forget about your previous company how they treated u.
Because you won't be having a family life...
In the mid 9pm the boss will call you and ask the updates. And you are supposed to answer the call. And once you answer you need to mug up the data. And if anything is wrong he will screw you on the call.
And He will interfere in your personal matters. Talk behind your back.

The company portfolio
The company has only one active branch in a 2 1 RK outhouse.
There are no overseas branches.
The Chennai Branch and Mysore branch are not branches. Its one recruiter in chennai working from home and one Operations Executive working from home with pathetic salaries.
The Gujrat Branch is just an Industry not a branch and that industry too doesn't belong to him...
There is no documental proof of active branches in Cochin and Bahrain. And I mean active branches not the one which was once there.
There is no Shanti Nagar Branch.. Its just a training Institute.. Where the candidates are fooled... Bakriyon Ho halal karneki jagah...

You need to get your own laptop to work
own mobile phones to make calls.
Reimbursements is sick he will reimburse only 300 for a recruiter and 500 for a manager as a Mobile Bill reimbursements.
Rest is your expences and your headache.
