H1 Base - India — Totally fake company - fake documents - lies all the time - Don't even gave money back.. wasted full year

Hi All, I want to share my experience of last 1 year. I was fooled by one of the company called as H1BASE INDIA ran by Mr. Karthikeyan Ikshwaku. Not only me, there are more than 30 candidates who are in same situation with this company, we all are in whatsapp suffering because of him. I got an email from Swathi Kinwar(one of the employee of H1BASE India) that they will apply my H1B visa for year 2014 and they collected all documents for me including my Payslips, W-2 forms, Form16, personal information form etc etc. They collected enough documents which can be used by any organization for any kind of misuse but we gave them all the documents on trust that they will apply our visa. In March after lot of followups, i got a call from a person who even doesn't know how to speak in english. He said he is an interviewer for H1BASE India and after that Mr. Karthik shared the news that you are selected and gave an offer letter to me which is of NTT Data Americas. They said i am selected in NTT Data Americas and they will apply my visa after i submit a draft of 500USD for fraudlent verificaiton. I submitted the same and they proceeded with my application. They were asking me to file an agreement of which states they will take 2 MONTHS salary in US as a service for applying H1B. One fine day in May, i got an email from Swathi that your petition is selected in lottery, we will let you know once it is approved but that day never showed up. In October they said your petition is approved, please submit another 190USD+Rs.5000 for taking appointment and processing fee but i never got any I-797, DS-160 or any other form except the offer letter given by NTT data, which i checked is fake. He did same thing with more than 50 guys in which we 30 guys are already in whatsapp group. He speak so rude, never pick up call, all the time message that i am not your slave and i am working but he never ever showed us any correct document and he himself admitted to one of the person in our group chat that these are fake document. He didn't do anything. He even didn't my money(Rs. 47500/-) back. I am from Singapore and i am filing same in embassy and police also for cheating/fraud done by this company and Mr. Karthik who is actually Mr. Suruchit Gupta who already went to jail previously for this kind of Cheating/Fraud. Details are available in Madhapur Police Station. I urge to take strict action against this guy so that no one ever waste so much time and money on this kind of fraud person.
