Hafele Nagold — Product spoiled

We purchased a hood from hafele naogold. After couple of months your product spoiled. We made the complaint. Almost its going to be one year. Namely big brand in the world. So many outlets, branches and dealers etc... but you are all not ready to solve the customer problem. What is the use of hafele custome care india. You don't have enough product spare, you don't have a proper technician then why you are selling the product? Without solving the customer complaint how come your engineers are told to close the companint! If your team can't solve the problem better you take your product back and rerun the money!
And the second thing you are sending the technician to repair your product. In which way your technician asking the traveling allowance from customer. That's your problem .
