Haier India Deep Freezer — Awful service by haier. Made my product worse. | |||||
I registered a complaint for my refrigerator on 23. 06.2017 that was not cooling as much as it should. The person from the service center broke my refrigerator and it stopped working completely. Now, I cannot even connect my refrigerator. All my stuff is lying outside and rotting without cooling. Customer care says I have to wait for two more days till the issue is resolved (My kitchen is stinking already of the rotten food) and I have to pay Rs 2000 to get it into a working condition as earlier (with less cooling) and Rs. 5000 to make it work better (which is also without any guarantee). I called the technical person at least 10 times after the incident, called the local service center a couple of times and the Haier customer care 3 times. It is frustrating to spend one entire day trying to make calls and get this fixed and still get no results. I need my refrigerator to be how it was at least without having to pay any money for it.
