Haier India Deep Freezer — customer care technician not responding | |||||
We purchased a high end fridge from Haire from vijay sales goregaon. It has been a week since the fridge has not been working. The fridge was purchased in august 2016. One technician came home and said he has to get some part and now not responding back or attending to my complaint. The person i spoke to on the phone from Vijay sales (Goregaon) was also very rude and did not seem to care. I am in agony, since we have spent a lot of money on this big fridge and it has been a week and i am very disappointed. My complaint number is - mu[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
