Haier India Deep Freezer — haier 55" led tv le55u6500 display problem. | |||
We purchased 55' haier led tv le55u6500 in 10 august 2017 from vijay sales. Infinity, andheri west, mumbai, invoice:[protected]s0 935. I have given complaint mu[protected] on 5th oct 2017 & mu[protected] on 27/10/2017 about led display problem. On 27/01/2012, one service engineer came to my premise to check the tv and he was there for almost 20 min with hardly any clue of the reason for the problem and said internal display panel maybe broken due to external force. I got the most lame excuse when i asked how internal panel has been broken when one hasn't even touched the led since it was used just a couple of times in the 1-2 months of owning the tv. It's been mounted on the wall and no one would touch it as there is no need to do so. I had a discussion with haier service centre & vijay sales customer care and they said that this nature of problem is not covered under warranty & referred to contact vijay sales branch manager mr. Kunal mehta or jacob. They too escaped the complaint and the debate and are not ready to hear anything and adding to our frustration - by saying that panel has been internally broken and warranty will not cover it. How we will be responsible for this (Internal panel broken) and when external panel is in mint condition? This is such a sham and looting of customers hard earned money. I spent 56k on this cheat brand haier and on the recommendation of the vijay sales employee and i regret my decision royally. They are trying to extract more money by asking to pay 80% of the cost of the tv for a repair/replacement in just about the 2nd month of buying it. I am left with no option but to approach the consumer court and make sure that both the brands pay a price for this. Haier to make such a defective product and vijay sales for intentionally disposing off a known defective product by way of discounts. I will ensure that they face the correct penalty and punishment for such malpractices and pathetic customer service Thanks & regards, Punit desai Welcomecure pvt.
