Haier India Deep Freezer — haier ac window hw-18ch5cna

I purchased a hair airconditioner window hw-18ch5cna on 17-apr-16 (Gurgaon location). It was under warranty for 1 year. Just around 2 months before when warranty was about to expire a service person came to do the regular maintenance service (General cleaning of ac) and adviced me to do amc. So i did the amc by paying rs2200 by cash (This is the rate that they charged). They also provided me the cash receipt of the amc with amc details mentioned in the receipt. But later when i called the customer care for service they denied that my amc details is not in their record so they denied service. I called the customer care multiple times to register this grievance/complaint but they are not sure what to do with this situation.
