I've lodged complaint many times on customer care number [protected],
that AC is not functioning due to PCB in display is not working, everytime engineer visits my house and cleans it with sanitizer and the issue re-arrises after 2-3 days, and on my last complaint i've received a call from a guy with +91-[protected] talking very rudely and asking not to complaint again and telling me that "Company told us that taking AMC doesn't means you call as many times as you want, & customer should be charged by the next time", and still after all this nonsense they came to my house and cleaned the PCB with our sanitizer after again 2 days same issue came up, now calling Mr.Azziruddin at +91-[protected](no. provided to me by Customer care executive) he is not taking up my calls and he is reading my messages on whatsapp as well but not reverting.
Also do let me know if a part is not functioning properly after many repair attempts then it should be changed or not?
I would request Haier India not to take AMCs if they hate to hear from us, its really a very bad experience and we should move from this brand to another in future, due its bad after sale service experience this year.
