Hi,
I purchased Split Inverter AC on 9th June 21 (less than a year). I raised a complaint for my Split Inverter AC with your CC on 02/05 vide SR No - DL[protected] for E 7 fault.
# 2nd May evening to resolve but went back without doing anything.
# 5th May evening Technician came and said circuit has to be replaced.
# 10th afternoon Technician came & replaced circuit but system shows F 12 error. He also went off.
# 10th evening Technician came to check but went off doing nothing.
Everytime I speak to CC they just give assurances and want me to talk to Service Centre. But Service Centre guys don't care since they work for multiple companies.
I have taken full AMC of 3 years at the time of purchase which is in addition to normal company warranty.
Haier is a great company and you won't believe I use only Haier products but the latest experience has forced me to rethink about brand and I assume they don't want customers like me are retained.
Since the product has been purchased last year only so please get it REPLACED asap.
