[Resolved] Haier India Deep Freezer — Non-compliance of repair of HAIER AC HSU12CR03 since November, 2015 | |||||
Dear Sir, I purchased a Split AC unit Model - HAIER AC HSU12CR03 ( Sr. no. AA7TLOEO300AC8420010 from M/s. Kings Electronics, Panvel, Dist- Raigad, Maharashtra on 13.04.2009. After giving a satisfactory service of about 6 years, it stopped normal working. I informed to Haier Customer care. They sent their service engineers number of times and attended the problem. I paid them about Rs.5200/s in cash for the repairs. But still it is in same state of non-working since November, 2015. Now, they are neither attending the problem nor responding for the same.
