On 6th july 2018, i contacted over phone with your service centre for new remote control for my above ac machine. On the next day i. E. 7th july 2018 the technician mr. Aniket patra from customer care kolkata, 18 subhasnagar road, kolkata 700065 visited my house, checked the ac machine took rs.450/- as inspection charge and balance rs.50/- he had written in their invoice no.22267 dt.7/7/2018 that he will return on next visit.
After that, mr. Patra visited my house twice with new remote control but both the remotes were not working and he returned back with my old remote control after leaving a contact no.[protected].
Till today after several phone calls to the above contact no. And a mail to [protected]@customercarekolkata.com and [protected]@haierindia.com, they are not returning my old remote control nor had returned rs.50/-.
I can't understand the reason for not returning my old remote and rs.50/-.
I don't know what is their intention or what is the reason for not returning my old remote. Has mr. Patra lost my old remote or is this their service policy to unnecessary harass the customers.
I can understand that as my ac machine is very very old, new remote may not be available but reason for not returning my old remote i can't understand.
