Haier India Deep Freezer — washing machine | |||
I am using haier fully automatic top loading washing machine 7 kg. Hwm70-918nzp, purchased in oct. 2014. Of late, it was seen that the lint was sticking to the washed clothes because a small plastic flap attached to the lint filter was found split. On lodging the complaint, the service centre engineer quoted a charge of, would you believe a sum of rs. 2450/- justifying the cost because it is imported. This on part of haier is downright fleecing the customer for a wearable part. Should a part wear out in less than 3 years so that the can make money out of it. My request is that the company should be realistic in the service costs. Was this information helpful? | |||
