Hi, I had repaired my Refrigerator vide SR no. CG[protected]. It was attended to in January 2019. My initial problem was decreased cooling in lower compartment. Few components were changed and it was supposed to be repaired. But the problem persisted, rather it got worsened. Then I was advised to keep the fridge out in sun, a very weird demand, but still I complied. I kept the fridge in open for about 10 days. And when I used in again, it was the same story. In the lower compartment, there is absolutely no cooling. Even one of the part is kept out by technician since last month or more. So, effectively I have literally wasted my money on the repairs carried out by your company people and it is mental harassment. Your company people are not receiving the calls and if they do, they just give empty promises of coming next day but they never turn up.
So, I now want my money back spent on repairs which never took place effectively. I have had enough of false promises and am really tired of running after your company guys.
Else I will be forced to approach consumer forum, for the mental agony caused by your company. Was this information helpful? |
