[Resolved]  Haier — NON INSTALLATION OF GEYSER PURCHASED ON 9TH NOV FROM PUNE.

I was told to call the call center and get free installation of geyser within 24hrs. I called the call center no.[protected] and registered for free installation on 9th Nov at around 5pm and was assured that within 24hrs the same shall get done. Request No.PU[protected] Today when i called the call center again in the afternoon they said the same shall be done by 6pm. Again i called at 6.10 pm Mr.Himanshu from call center reverted that wait till 7.30pm, after me getting aggressive he said that the service request was declined. And after some chat with his senior he said that the request was wrongly sent to a different service center and now again fresh request is raised and the same will be done within 24hr. This is pathetic customer service...
