Haldirams — gajjak pack is fully broken

I purchased 2 packs of haldiram peanut gajjak for me and one for gift from haridwar. When i opened this pack i surprised to see all piece of broken inside.

I always trust on haldiram but now i will not purchase any product to see this and i also called to haldiram customer care for this damaged box they r not give me good responses but told me this is shopkeeper problem
But outer and inner box is fresh there is no damage on box but gajjak is fully damaged
If you will provide these types of damage products to people we will not purchase your product we want quality.
Same this gajjak is provided by local dealers in rs 50 but i paid 100rs for this bcoz i want quality but you failed to provide quality

No update from haldiram till today i m feeling so bad on haldiram.
Quality issue problems no want to hear now what i do if consumers care is not able to understand my issue ok

Rich Butter cake and Choco Fruit & Nut cake were bought from the Haldiram shop at Hill Cart Road, Siliguri on 25th December 2019. Both the cakes are very very dry, hard, of poor quality, seemed to have sold cakes which are not fresh at all by any means.
