[Resolved]  Haldirams — ITEM NOT DELIVERED ON TIME

I ordered a gift pack from haldirams.com on 22nd October, 2014 to be delivered in CHENNAI on the occasion of DIWALI. According to the shipment policy of the company, the product is delivered in 5-6 working days and today is the 9th working day and the item is still undelivered. The worst part is that nobody even answers the customer care no. Kindly follow up.
