Hallmark Honda — honda car services

Dear customer support team,
Hi team, as per normal service protocol i have got a call from hallmark honda, today 03july 2020 time 10: 45 am i visited hallmark honda. I have been attended by mr. Sameer shaiekh. We went to service area and mr. Sameer called their service manager, assistant engineers to inspect the car, i am attaching present car pictures as per services team said this card has an accident or some car pushed this car from the front. i wanted to highlight that after receiving this car from hallmark honda, i drove this car to my house which is 7-8 km, then park in my building car parking till next 4-5 days i was having meeting so i came down and saw this gap in bonnet i immediate took pictures and share with mr. Sameer sheilk explained him the status. Then i visited my client and came back waiting for a call back or email communication "no action" so i wrote mail. Today after visiting hallmark i have been surprised by technical people's answers and observations, which really do not show any professionalism. Without any proper observation on honda wvr shows me that here is push, there is pushed. I told them that these all small dent already identified and this is not the correct reason for bonnet gap. they suggest that i claim insurance again. This is a very easy solution for them to make money. they must check the pictures which were taken by their representative while the car was in service. I have not taken any upfront picture because i trust honda. I never had this issue earlier with western honda except they run away with my 4 year amc services.
I have a question to honda, what kind of services do you offer to customers? No guarantee on services whether you will receive your car as it is? One who takes amc service money from customer and runaway?
