Hans Travels — couriered material robbed by hans employees

Our material which was dispatched from mumbai to indore, is robbed. I went to collect the same at indore office, paid the delivery money of 80rs also, but then the go-down person told the material cannot be found and will search and give tomorrow. But its been 2 months now and still they are saying they are searching. I asked to give it in written on the bill, but they are denying it. I am sure the employees there are the robbers and the whole of hans group also. This is not the ethics how business in done in these days. I lost the money of the matrial also and thhe valuable time when i required the material on urgent basis. Any way its a lesson learnt and precaution to be taken not to do business with such robbers.
