Hans Travels — I book a bus but not book and deduct in my account

Sir i book a bus on 13 may from vapi to bhopal bt ticket not book and no msg but my account debited and i complaint with you office in surat and vapi thay said if ticket not booked then total ammont will be refunded but yet not refund i attech my debited ammount screenshot please lets me inform that you solve my complain i want to my deducted mony refund

We have charged for LCD facility in bus and bus have not that facility...
Bus driver and conductor behaviour also rude ...
