One of the worst experience i had with hanu reddy realty, chennai. They dragged my property not to sell to anyone and holded for a year. They are not allow other brokers or real estate people to involve the property once they have it. Simply they increase the price of the property upto 40% to 60%, then hold for long time atlast they will say the market rate is not good now. Then they will sell our property to 30% to 50% lesser market value. Its waste of our money and time. I faced my experience which they did for my tambaram santorium property. Its upto your wish, whether you consider for hanu reddy brokers. I just want to share my own bad experience with them.
