HappyEasyGo — booked air ticket but didn't get any mail

I have booked a ticket from bangalore to Patna which cost 4763, which was deducted from account immediately but did not receive any ticket from them yet.. Plz do the needful . My order ID is[protected]. I have also tried to contact customer care but not able to reach, they are not receiving calls and even no reply on mail. Please help as soon as possible
