HappyEasyGo — denial to offer ticket after payment not once but 4 times | |
As per the verbal commitment of your team mates not once but twice over call & also confirming that the ticket which has been booked by me for trip id[protected] is not confirmed hence. I am appalled the way you deal with your customers. This is not only surprising but insulting to your customers. I asked a simple question which are mentioned below: 1) i told i have booked a ticket through yatra.com as you have informed that you have cancelled my tickets, please send me a mail. Answer by your team customer support: sir our system is not working hence we will not be able to send mail. 2) i asked what if tomorrow you tell that ticket is confirmed then certainly i will loose money as i have booked the same journey twice. I don't want that to happen with me? Answer by your team customer support: yes sir you will loose money. I am seriously pissed off, who is running such kind of business where you take money from customer & then deny the ticket & keep the money to use it for your business & return only after certain time interval.
