HappyEasyGo is not refunding the amount for the canceled flight by airline. Airline has already been informed me that they have done the due diligence from their side and matter is with your travel agent which is happy easy go. It has been almost 5 months. As per the latest update, Jet Airways has completely stopped refunding to its agencies and the customers.
