HappyEasyGo — not initiating full refund for duplicate booking

Really disappointed with the response that i am getting from happy easy go.

Duplicate booking has been made from goa to bangalore. Here is the 2 pnr - ysftji and ts4uvi. Airasia customer care agents are saying that they can not initiate the full refund without travel agency id. And happy easy cc agents are saying that neither they can provide agency id for air asia, nor they can initate full refund from their end. So i stucked in between happy easygo response and and air asia response.

If happyeasygo have any doubt on the processes, which i have provided, they can contact to air asia and get the details to initiate the refund request.
Also ~15times, i have contacted happy easy go.
Also i have forwared the recording of the conversation betwwen my self and airasia cc.

Please help me, as i m not getting the possitive repose, even after contacting more than 10-15times
